🥥 A Word file describing the page's content as follows: a numbered list of projects (the first on the list should be the first in the gallery) with their short descriptions, and any other text (e.g., photo captions) that should appear on the subpage dedicated to a given project. In the .doc file, also include information such as: 1) your bio text (if you want one), 2) your email address for the contact form; 3) your choice of subdomain (APF gives you a free domain: www.xyz.adobeportfolio.com – indicate what should replace "xyz"); 4) name and description of the page that should be visible after your page is found in the search engine 5) links to social media and what icons should be visible on the page (at your discretion: IG, FB, WhatsApp, Vimeo, Behance, Etsy, Spotify, YouTube…)
🥥 Folder with graphics in zip: it should contain subfolders, described as in the doc, along with jpg files (if transparency is required, use png, or only then), that should be included on a given subpage (you can suggest which image from a given project should be used on the cover) in the project gallery, the files should be in 72 dpi format and the dimensions of the longest side should be up to 2000 px (I recommend smaller ones for faster page loading; for large photos, 1200 px for the longest side is enough, and for small photos, 800 px for the longest side); in the main folder, a file with your photo for the bio section; the selected graphic that should be display when pointing to your link; a favicon graphic
🥥 If you're publishing videos, then provide the "embeded" code in the Word file, which will allow a window to appear on the page, e.g., from YouTube or Vimeo. You can also send me an animation in GIF format, but the file must be lightweight.
